Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!

My name is Becky Rackley.  I'm one of the School Counselors at Holly Ridge Elementary.  

This is my 23rd year as a School Counselor at Holly Ridge Elementary.  I worked as a School Counselor at a Wake County middle school for 3 years before I came to Holly Ridge. That means I'm starting my 26th year as a School Counselor! I earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Penn State University, and a Master's degree in School Counseling from North Carolina State University.  I have 2 children.  My son is a college junior at UNC Greensboro, and my daughter is a senior at Holly Springs High School.  In my free time, I love to travel, listen to music, attend concerts, read, watch football, and spend time with friends and family.  I am thrilled to be a part of the Holly Springs community and to help our children learn and grow!
